          Enrolment Terms & Conditions

                  (For Instructor-led Courses Only)     

  • The registration form is used to book course attendance. Payment must be received prior to course commencement.
  • We accept cash,  check( not accepted until cleared),  money order, PayPal, credit card or direct bank deposit.
  • Course fee is current and is subject to change without notice. Candidate substitution is allowed, but it requires 3 working days with written notice prior to course commencement( as per stated in this form),  Failure to submit your request in the specified time frame, will cause your substitution to be invalid.
  • Courses can not be cancelled once registered, please carefully make up your mind and choose your course names and course dates. Otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of total course value is applicable for all courses cancelled. And cancellation can only  be done 10 working days,  with written notice,  prior to course commencement. 
  • No refund will be given to" No Shows".
  • We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrolments in a course without any penalty.
  • Minimum of 5 students are required for all courses except private lessons.
  • We reserve the right to change course venues and/or dates.
  • Registrations may be accepted subject to participants' meeting of all course pre-requisites at their own discretion.
  • We are not responsible for participants' lack of pre-requisites.
  • Tea or coffee may be provided, while lunch or meal is not included.
