• As a standard requirement, visitors trying to do free e-learning courses are required to do Free Registration, information such as customer name, phone number, fax number, mobile number, physical address, email address and the products you have ordered/purchased, may be collected and kept in our customer information database for the purpose of customer service.

To protect the privacy of all our customers required by law, users' personal information provided by Compulearn users or students is owned by Compulearn, either on-line or off-line, is only used for the purpose of operating Compulearn.com.au website or offering products & service. We will not sell, rent, barter or share your personal information (such as your email address, location, or any other personal information) with anybody or any firm.

Please do not give real email address or other contact information to others. An account password is only given to the right user or student who is registered with a valid e-mail address and it is not transferable.

1. Compulearn.com.au does not store your credit card details.
2. Our administrative regulations are stipulated and strictly observed by our staff.
3. Regular inspections on internal and external operations are conducted and entrusted under such regulations.
4. Our staff members are obligated to protect users or students' personal information.
5. We use Pay Pal’s SSL system for online secure payments as well as direct bank deposit. Anyone wishing to use Internet Banking to do EFT will need to possess sufficient knowledge on Internet security before attempting to use such a payment method. Compulearn.com.au does not hold any responsibility for any loss due to any user mistake or inability or lack of security measures required for online banking. 

Exceptions for Disclosure:

Your personal information is not disclosed to a third party except that:

• When we need to contact a member/user as part of our service.

• The Compulearn.com.au discloses a member's credit card details or email address to a corresponding secure payment/credit card company (Like Pay Pal) when a member's payment is made by credit card or via email linked to a Pay Pal account.
• We hate Spam as much as you do. We will NEVER intend to send you any unsolicited e-mail. However, Compulearn.com.au may, from time to time, use member information for marketing activities, for the purpose of improving the service quality. The Compulearn.com.au may send e-mails and other promotional tools to a member for marketing purpose. Compulearn may send you pertinent information on special offers, news and events. In any case, you will receive no more than one of such e-mail every week.
